However, they will not be able to see the story tag you used if they have restricted you from their account and unless they go to see your page to look at your posts. This restricted feature on Instagram is more preferable than blocking since it gives the user cancelable forms of communication with someone who has shown discontent, that discontented person will not understand immediately.
